How do I install the app?
The app can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play – search for “My Korn” without quotation marks.
Where can I see how many wallet points I have available?
You can see it in the top-right corner inside your app.
Do my points and earned wallet points expire?
Your points expire 365 days after you earn them. But you won’t lose the level you’ve reached. Wallet points you’ve earned, which are 10% cash-back, expire 365 days after they’re earned, so there’s plenty of time to use them.
How do I transfer my profile if I get a new phone?
As long as you use the same login, you’ll keep your points.
If you change your phone number, email your old and new phone number to app@cafekorn.dk – then we’ll be ready to help change it so you can continue earning points.
