Café Korn is created as a haven – a place where you can drop your shoulders, take a break from everyday life, and simply enjoy the moment.
Our cafés are thoughtfully designed, so you can find corners for quiet focus, tables for a cosy lunch with a friend, and settings that are perfect when the whole family gets together. THE FAMILY BEHIND CAFÉ KORN
Café Korn is family-run, and you can feel it. Twins Jakob and Morten grew up in Lammefjorden, where from an early age they learned how much respect and care great ingredients require. That lesson has stayed with them ever since and today forms the foundation of how we run our cafés.
When we say we care about quality, it’s not something we say to sound good. It’s part of our roots. We work with ingredients we can stand behind, and we take care with every single detail – from our homemade mayo and pickled vegetables to the fresh herbs that go on top of a pasta dish right before serving. You can taste that kind of care.
FOOD MADE WITH CARE
The menu at Café Korn is developed with one thing in mind: creating dishes that combine great ingredients, solid craftsmanship and plenty of flavour. Whether you’re into brunch, lunch or a great evening meal, there’s always something that appeals to both the eye and the palate.
Our brunch is a firm favourite, where freshly baked bread, creamy eggs and small homemade delicacies create a start to the day that feels luxurious without being complicated.
Here, freshly made organic scrambled eggs are a natural part of the experience, served with freshly squeezed orange juice and apple juice from Sidinge Farm Shop, which for three generations has worked with quality products based on local ingredients.

Café Korn’s Krea concept
At all our cafés, you can unleash your creativity with our Krea concept. Choose your very own creative item, get paint and brushes, and create your own unique piece.
At Café Korn, you’ll find a wide selection of delicious speciality products, both from local producers and our own salts, oils, vinegars and dressings.
WHERE FLAVOUR AND TRADITION MEET
The pasta dishes are rich and comforting, made with care and topped with fresh herbs, while the salads are colourful, crisp and full of little flavour details that elevate the experience.
Our burgers are a chapter of their own, created with great ingredients and combinations carefully balanced to deliver a burger that’s juicy, satisfying and full of character.
Here, we work with, among other things, burger patties made from Danish meat, homemade mayo, and homemade pickled cucumbers and red onions. Our Wagyu burger is made with Danish-produced Wagyu beef and offers a flavourful, different burger experience.
And in the country kitchen, you’ll find dishes built on heritage and tradition. The kind of meals that make you slow down and enjoy your food at a relaxed pace.
We choose ingredients from partners we know and trust, because a well-thought-out value chain makes a real difference to both flavour and responsibility.

Café Korn is made for everyday moments, but also for the special days that deserve a little extra. That’s why we have private event rooms in several of our cafés, where you can gather family, friends or colleagues for everything from birthdays to other celebrations. We’ll take care of the setting, the food and the atmosphere, so you can sit back and enjoy time with the people you care about.
